Low priced French Wines in US?

Hi Papa, That was a great synopsis of winter bistro cooking! I remember Astier quite well and recall there being no more comforting place to go on the evening of Sept. 11 2001. Another great thing about bistro's in Paris is the low cost french wines available that are virtually unknown outside of France. I know you have mentioned in the past that there are a lot of good low priced french wines available in the US and I'm intrigued if you can provide an insights on where and what to buy in the US at low pricepoints. I'm interested in wines that display more complexity than American wines for everyday drinnking. Looking forward to hearing about some of your hidden gems! Love Stephane
