Winter Bistro Cuisine

Hi Dad, As you know bistro cuisine has always been my favorite. I was wondering what are some common winter comfort foods you would find in a bistro this time of year. The one that quickly comes to mind is "pot au feu" but I'm trying to think of a few more and I'm drawing a blank. Can you enlighten me a bit around common traditional winter bistro dishes?
